Our Story

Five Generations
of Farming Heritage

At Lehmann Cattle Company, we are proud custodians of the property that has been in our family for over a century. Dane was raised on the land, and together with his wife Rachael and their four children, continues a legacy of responsible and regenerative cattle farming.

LEADERSHIP WITH HEART

Meet Dane & Rachael

Both Dane and Rachael are permanently on the property working to turn off nutrient dense, regeneratively farmed, grass-fed, pasture raised exceptional beef direct to local customers sourcing quality products from trusted producers.

MEET DANE

Since the mid-2000s, Dane has managed the family property, combining practical know-how with a deep respect for the land. His expertise spans AI breeding, cropping, beef production, and heavy machinery operations.

MEET RACHAEL

Rachael, a Certified Practising Accountant, left her Brisbane stockbroking career nearly 20 years ago to join Dane on the land. She helps run the business, oversees their son’s distance education, tends a large vegetable garden and advocates for wellness and sustainable living.
