Conditions of Sale

By purchasing from Lehmann Cattle Company, you agree to the following terms:

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

  • Once orders are dispatched, Lehmann Cattle Company is not liable for delays or spoilage caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or failure to collect deliveries.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances (such as stock unavailability).


Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our meat and honey products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We’ll review and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are not available for orders that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently offer delivery within designated areas and may use refrigerated couriers or direct farm delivery depending on your location.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, though times may vary based on demand, weather, or delivery routes. All meat products are packaged using insulated, cold-chain materials to maintain freshness.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the nominated address and time — we can’t guarantee product quality after unattended delivery.


Food Safety Disclaimer

All products are prepared, packaged, and labelled in accordance with Australian food safety regulations.

Once the product has been delivered, the customer is responsible for proper handling, refrigeration, and storage. Lehmann Cattle Company cannot be held responsible for spoilage resulting from incorrect storage or delayed collection.

Our honey products are 100% natural and produced using traditional beekeeping methods. While we take care to ensure purity, they may contain traces of pollen or naturally occurring allergens.
